RESPONSIBILITIES

It is the responsibility of all ICServices clients and their constituents who have access to the ICServices network directly or via the networks of other providers, to comply with the ICServices Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) and the acceptable use policies governing any other networks that they use.

Use of ICServices equipment or service constitutes acceptance of this AUP and its terms.

Clients:

You must accept individual responsibility for your account. We expect that you will adhere to reasonable security standards and not share your password, leave your password lying around in plain text, or otherwise compromise the security of your account. If you must share your password with a consultant or coworker, then you should change it back to a secure password as soon as they are finished. Feel free to contact us for help with changing your password. We can also make additional accounts available on a limited use basis for special circumstances.

Unless ICServices has reason to believe your account was broken into by means completely out of your control, we will hold you responsible for policy violations stemming from your account

The persons and organizations, including ICServices clients, who publish materials and information which are accessible through the ICServices service network are solely responsible for the content of such materials and information and are solely responsible to know and to comply with all laws applicable to the publication of such materials and information.

ICServices does not accept responsibility for the content of the materials and information published by others which are accessible through the ICServices service network and does not accept responsibility for the violation of any laws resulting from such publication.
