ICServices LIABILITY

ICServices makes no express or implied warranties about service availability. Clients agree that ICServices is not liable for any loss as a result of loss of service, loss or damage to data or damage to equipment or software or any other loss, damage or inconvenience resulting from reliance on or use of Internet equipment or services provided by ICServices.

Clients of ICServices further agree to indemnify ICServices for any violation of law or ICServices policy that results from their action and causes loss to others or the bringing of any claim against ICServices. Among other things, this means that if ICServices is sued because of activities of the Client that violate any law, or this policy, the subscriber will pay any damages awarded against ICServices plus costs and reasonable attorneys' fees.
